Detailed 6 Days Best Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Transfer from Arusha Airport to Lake Manyara Park
Upon arrival, our ARC Guide will transfer you from Arusha Airport to Lake Manyara National Park with your picnic lunches and plenty of drinking water for an afternoon game drive.
The park is located in the Eastern Wing of the Great Rift Valley and its populated by Tree Climbing Lions, Hippos, Elephants, Zebras, Buffalos, Giraffes, Baboons, Blue and Vervet monkey, Warthogs and more about 350 species of birds.
Lake Manyara provides opportunities for ornithologists keen on viewing and observing birds, like flamingos, long-crested eagles and grey-headed kingfishers. Later drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight at the recommended accommodation.

Day 2: Transfer from Manyara to Serengeti National Park
After early breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park across Ngorongoro Conservation. On arrival at your lodge, have lunch and take an hour’s rest before heading out for an afternoon game drive in the park.
The Serengeti is probably the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. Within its 15,000 sq. km area it hosts 3 million large mammals including the big five; elephants, lions, buffalos, leopards and rhinos.
There are over 35 species of plain animals- zebra, wildebeest, eland, giraffe, and others are found here. The park is grounds for the wonderful annual migration as over 1 million wildebeests, zebras and gazelles head for the Maasai Mara in Kenya in search of pasture.
They are followed closely by the predators of the savanna particularly lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. The Serengeti also has over 500 species of birds. You will have dinner and overnight at your recommended accommodation.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drives in Serengeti and Hot Air Balloon Ride
After early breakfast you will be picked from the lodge for a game drive, and hot air balloon ride. The Park derives its name from the Maasai word siringet meaning the place of endless plains.
The balloon ride affords you great panoramas; the experience is thrilling and unforgettable. Head to your recommended accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater Tour.
After early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro for a full day tour of the crater. The drive commences with the 600 m descent to the crater floor, a magnificent natural amphitheater.
Covering 260 sq. km, the crater is an attraction in its own right and is one of the wonders of the natural world. The crater supports a year round resident population of a variety of wildlife.
You will have no trouble spotting the Big Five; lions, leopards, Elephants, Rhinos, Buffalos and many other species of plain animals like wildebeest, zebra, reedbucks, Thompsons, gazelles and many more. Picnic at the Crater and resume game viewing. Retire to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer from Ngorongoro to West Kilimanjaro Osiligilai Maasai Lodge.
After early morning breakfast, leave Ngorongoro and drive to Osiligilai Maasai Lodge in the midst of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru.
Built in traditional Maasai style complete with Maasai craftwork decor, Osiligilai Maasai Lodge offers an authentic cultural experience.
Indulge in live Maasai Dance performances while viewing the ice cape of Mount Kilimanjaro at the front and the ash cone of Mount Meru at the back.
Later, take an evening walk with Maasai warrior men to see the medicinal plants, visit the Rock Climbing Tree, and experience the spear throwing warriors showcasing their lion hunting skills.
Marvel at the tradition Sundowner dance of the Maasai as the sun sets and later, gather at the bonfire for storytelling and barbecue in the dark night.
