1 DAY EACH - VOLCANO CLIMB: MTS; MUHABURA, GAHINGA & SABINYO
For mountain climbers with limited time, these volcanic mountains are worthy the climb. Mt. Muhabura is the highest peak at 4127m and a round trip takes eight (8) hours, Mt. Sabinyo is the second highest at an altitude of 3669m and also takes eight hours then Mt. Gahinga is 3474m above sea level and a round trip takes you six hours only. At the peak of mountains, you will be rewarded with views of the two neighboring countries; Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the extension of these volcanic mountains deep inside DRC. The top of Sabinyo enables you visit three countries at the same time as it hosts their border. You may take a climb after a wildlife safari in either Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth or other parks.
